What payment methods do you accept?
Cebu Flower Shop and Delivery Services accepts various payment methods:

how can pay if i'm abroad?
You can choose from our payment options available in your place. You can send money via Western Union or Money Gram.
CAN I PAY AFTER THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE?
Since Cebu Flower Shop and Delivery Services is still new in the business and still on the process of gaining trust from its clients, we still accept payment after delivery if the buyer needs assurance.

Do I need to pay for delivery fee if I buy one of your flower bundles?
Yes, all of our bouquet bundles does not include delivery on its price. Please refer to the delivery rates.
Can I deliver flowers to a business address?
Yes, you can. As long as the business address is within the our delivery range.
How do I know if the product(s) I ordered has been received?
A photo of the proof of delivery signed by the recipient will be sent to the buyer via Messenger.
Can I deliver flowers without letting the recipient know my identity?
Yes, you can. It is our client's option to remain anonymous from the recipient but Cebu Flower Shop and Delivery Services will not be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

Can I reserve orders for a later date?
Yes, you can. We highly recommend to reserve and pay an order at least 2 days prior to delivery to avoid delivery schedule conflicts.
Can I order flower bouquet and have it sent to me instead of someone else?
Yes, you can send the bouquet to yourself.
Can I add items/products not included on your bundles on my order?
You can send it to our shop address or let us pick it up from your place during the delivery.
